A man's hand got stuck in a bullfighting pit in Vilkaviskis district on Tuesday, the Fire and Rescue Department (PAGD) said.

According to the PRT, at 17:17, it was reported that a man in the village of Pagramdy stuck his hand into the potato digger of a combine harvester. The man's hand was trapped between the shafts of the potato digger.

Hydraulic equipment (expanders) was used to free the hand, the man was conscious and handed over to medics. The medics rendered assistance at the scene and later took the man to a medical facility.
