Combine harvester on fire in Kaunas district
On 4 September, Fire Department officials rushed to Kaunas district. A harvester caught fire in the village of Virbaliūnai, Batniava district.
„On arrival, the combine harvester was on fire. Water was being transported to the fire site from a fire hydrant ~2 km away. The fire burnt the engine compartment and the rear end of the „Vector 420“ combine harvester," reads the firefighters' summary.
