"Ursus tractor factories to be reorganised into military industry?
Polish farmers can only speculate what will happen to tractor maker Ursus after the company was bought by Warsaw-based M.I. Crow.
The brand's factories can produce items for the military industry. These are the assumptions and speculations currently dominating the Polish specialised press.
„M.I. Crow“ is registered in Warsaw, in the same building as „Mex Technologies“ and „MetalExport-S“, both companies active in the arms trade. They are engaged in the manufacture of „aircraft, aerospace and similar machinery“, „manufacture of metal structures and parts thereof“, „manufacture of arms and ammunition“, „other retail trade in non-specialised stores“.
The company „M.I. Crow“ does not have a website or a social networking account. It was only incorporated on 1 July 2024 and has a share capital of €11,500.
One of the two shareholders is Ukrainian Oleg Krot‘41 years old (he owns 19% of the shares). The largest shareholder (81%) is Bożena Głowacka, a Polish citizen who, like Oleg Krot‘s, owns a number of companies.
Next week, Mr Krot will meet with „Ursus“ employees in Lublin and Dobre Miasto to present further plans for „Ursus“.
