Transparent relations with farmers pay tenfold
One of the world's most famous brands, ANNABURGER promotes a very warm and transparent relationship with farmers to show that technology is not assembled on mass robotic lines, but in a unique model where automation complements the work of humans. In addition, there is now a unique opportunity to enrich your fleet with high-performance machinery through EU support.
Manufacturer raises profile
Nearly two dozen Lithuanian farmers visited the ANNABURGER factory near Berlin, Germany.
„ANNABURGER is a well-known brand not only in Europe, but in Lithuania it has been little known so far, because the company's previous representative in Lithuania was not so active in introducing ANNABURGER products to the market“, Ugnius Stančiauskas, Director of UAB „interAG“, told „Agrobitei“ the reason for the one day visit.
„interAG“ is the only official ANNABURGER representative in our country. „In less than a year, we have managed to show how unique ANNABURGER machinery is through several events and exhibitions, and now we have introduced a large number of farmers who want to see how it is made so“, – said U. Stančiauskas as the plane landed in Lithuania.
Interestingly, ANNABURGER slurry trucks have already been presented to farmers in Lithuania this year at Kazlų Rūda, where they can add up to 1,000 cubic metres of slurry to the soil in a matter of hours.
German quality – not empty words, but reality
Annberger plant manager André Lüderitz‘as (?) welcomed the Lithuanian farmers very warmly and talked to them in an informal atmosphere.
Later, the farmers were drawn there, which is why they came to Germany in the first place. In the conference room, they were told about the different types of products ANNABURGER manufactures, ranging from manure spreaders in various modifications (from multi-purpose to transport), to slurry wagons in various capacities, to large trailers, including retractable ones.
There are two types of spare parts warehouses in the factory – bulky parts and small parts. The factory is unique in that it does not assemble its own machinery, but manufactures everything itself. After all, many manufacturers nowadays usually take parts from other manufacturers and simply assemble the machinery from those components. ANNABURGER is not one of them“ , – emphasized U. Stančiauskas.
This was a moment of particular interest to farmers, when quality machinery is produced locally.
There is also a robotic laser cutting workshop. This fully robotic production line cuts sheets of different sizes according to computer parameters and then takes them to the folding shop. This shop is equipped with huge automated presses for the production of trailer sides, floors and main frame parts.
All steel arrives at the ANNABURGER plant after complete preparation, stone and shot blasting.
„Human supervision is, of course, present, but ANNABURGER has invested more than EUR 3 million in the automation of its unique production over the past year," said U. Stančiauskas, director of UAB „interAG“.
Constructions withstand the aggressive effects of slurry and manure
After the folding shop, the product travels to the automated welding shop, and then the joined parts are conveyed to the painting line. Here, after priming, the parts are treated with several layers of powder electrolysis.
Only parts with cut-outs or other hard-to-reach features are dipped into the painting baths.
„That alone is why ANNABURGER machines are not damaged for long, as farmers who have been using trailers and slurry wagons for years to withstand the aggressive corrosive effects of slurry and manure can see. We all understand what it is," says U. Stančiauskas.
Unique manufacturer's solution for collection
The farmers were impressed by the way ANNABURGER machines are then assembled.
„Imagine a three-axle trailer being assembled. The frame of the trailer alone is about 12 metres long," said U. Stančiauskas, manager of UAB „interAG“, adding that in this workshop, robots only do some of the work, but everything else is assembled by human hands.
Because the Germans pay special attention to the robustness of the machinery, the best axles available on the market are also installed here.
After assembly, the machines are thoroughly tested. Every ANNABURGER model and its components are inspected and tested. Whether it's a trailer, a manure spreader or a slurry truck, a pump or a hydraulic arm – everything is thoroughly checked to ensure that the farmer gets a product that is ready for use“, – quality assurance is emphasised by U. Stančiauskas.
Annburger machines are also equipped with all the smart solutions that allow them to work according to fertiliser or liming maps and are also compatible with all ISOBUS systems.
„In other words, the machine can be connected to any modern tractor with a control point“, emphasised U. Stančiauskas, Director of UAB „interAG“.
Benefit from EU support
Farmers can now receive support through the National Paying Agency for the purchase of various machinery and equipment. This is a unique opportunity to enrich your fleet with really high quality machinery that will never let you down.
The intensity of support under the measure "Investments in agricultural holdings" ranges from 40 to 60 %. For this measure, applications are invited until 4 November and 23 December) Meanwhile, the intensity of support for the measure "Development of very small holdings" is as high as 85%. Applications are invited until 29 November).
The experts at „interAG“ will help you to navigate the bureaucratic tangle and provide you with the right advice when submitting your project.
