"Imlitex Holding results: loss of EUR 1.9 million, revenue down 10%

Agricultural products and fertilizers trading group „Imlitex Holdings“ after a profitable year in 2023, made a net loss of EUR 1.86 million last year (EUR 757,000 the year before), with its consolidated revenue falling by 9.8% to EUR 306 million (339 million), according to a report filed with the Centre for Registers.

The company paid out 172,000 dividends last year (€4.584 million the year before).

Almost 50% growth in grain sales to €125.9 million (€84.9 million) and 60% to €16.2 million (€9.7 million) for gas – did not offset the year-on-year drop in sales in other business segments. 

Sales of fertilisers dropped almost ninefold last year (€5.1 million in revenue), unnamed assets eightfold (€5.3 million), and electricity 2.5-fold (€12.6 million). 

„Imlitex Holdings“ plans to divest unprofitable businesses and products this year, according to the report.

„Imlitex Holdings“ owns 29 companies in Lithuania and other European countries. The beneficiaries of the company are Renatas Augustinas and Vygandas Blandis, who each hold 38% of the shares.

The Group employed 211 people last year (221 the year before).
