The tractor couldn't pull the car out of the ditch - the authorities intervened
Telšiai district officials report an incident in Kelme district.
„Yesterday evening in the village of Papiliu, a man, born in the village of Papiliu. 1977, failed to control his car RENAULT ESPACE and drove it into a ditch“, – officials report.
The suspect did not report the accident to the police, returned home, took an MTZ 82 tractor and tried to pull the car out of the ditch, but a broken tow did not succeed, and was prevented by the arrival of the services.
The man was found to have a blood alcohol content of 1.72 prom. 72.72 drunkenness.
The suspect was detained and taken into custody.
