„CNH Group“ has embarked on a reorganisation and is selling the entire agricultural machinery division of „Kongskilde“, which has until now produced a wide range of drills and cultivators. In 2016, „CNH Industrial“ acquired „Kongskilde Industries“, which had two plants in Poland and one in Sweden.

The new buyer of „Kongskilde Industries“ is „Seko Industries S.r.l.“, a small Italian agricultural machinery company based in northern Italy, near the city of Padua.

„Seko“ has just over 100 employees and produces around 1 000 machines a year. The product range consists mainly of trailed and self-propelled feed mixers, compost turners and screening systems. The company is owned by the Italian investment company „Ibla Capital“ as of 2022.

In Lithuania, the „Kongskilde“ brand is represented by the company „Kajovika“ in Raseiniai district.

This company used to represent the products of the Minsk Tractor Plant („Belarus“), but after the Russian invasion of Ukraine, „Belarus“ became an unwanted brand not only in Lithuania, but also in the European Union.

„Kajovika“ representatives say that „Kongskilde“ will continue to supply spare parts to implement holders, but it is not yet known what will happen. No news from the new buyer has yet been received. „They should make an announcement in the near future“, „Agrobitei“ representative of „Kajovika“ Rimantas Adamavičius commented on the situation.
