Amaras are one of the most dangerous pests in the garden and can quickly destroy even the strongest plants. They weaken plants, inhibit flowering and reduce yields. They are particularly common on roses and berry bushes. Fortunately, there is a simple but highly effective solution to get rid of these pests without the need for expensive chemicals. Find out how to protect your plants naturally and quickly!

My neighbour advised me on this great solution, I tried it and I can say that I have already destroyed aphids on ornamental cherry, rose, hibiscus, gooseberry and currant trees.

Eiga:

  • Prepare a bowl or bucket with 10 litres of water.
  • Draw water from a 10-litre container with a smaller container.
  • Add 2 tablespoons of baking soda and stir well.
  • Add 1 teaspoon of iodine.
  • Finally add 2 tablespoons of liquid soap or dishwashing detergent.
  • Mix everything well to combine the individual components.
  • Dilute this concentrated solution with 10 litres of water.
  • Pour into the sprayer.
  • Spray on all roses, including bushes affected by aphids.
  • Repeat the procedure if necessary.

I have tried it and can confirm that after the first time there are no more aphids, and the best part is that this treatment also works on spider mites and powdery mildew.

I also use this solution on shrubs, hibiscus and it always has an excellent effect!
