German agricultural machinery manufacturing company Ziegler moves all production to Latvia
Agricultural machinery manufacturer „Ziegler“ has decided to move its main production to Latvia for good, foreign media report.
According to the report, all production and spare parts supply will be concentrated in Daugavpils, where all logistics will be carried out.
„Ziegler“ manufactures attachments for combine harvesters, mower conveyors and tillage equipment.
Most of the production had already been transferred abroad, but as of October 2024, when Martin Ziegler transferred the company to his sons Josef and Martin Ziegler the final decision was taken by „Ziegler GmbH to fully transfer production to Latvia.
Latvia is home to „Ziegler SIA“.
