A former educational complex located in the village of Lančiūnava, in Kėdainiai district, near the main road Panevėžys–Sitkūnai, near the main road Panevėžys–Sitkūnai, is to be sold at the auction for the starting price of EUR 204.8 thousand. 

The complex of the former Lančiūnava agricultural school, which owns a 6.7-hectare plot of land, comprises dormitories, assembly and sports halls, a teaching building and a canteen, Turto bankas said on Friday. 

The dormitories, one of which is leased, have areas of 1,400 and 1,800 sqm, while the educational building has an area of just over 2,200 sqm.

According to the bank, the site is suitable for commercial, logistics or warehousing activities.

The complex is located 16 kilometres north-east of the centre of Kėdainiai. The adjacent road is used by about 7,000 cars a day, mostly freight vehicles.  

The event will take place on 16–17 October.
