Taurage Chief Police Commissariat has opened a pre-trial investigation into a driving case. The police report that on 31 August 2024 at 11.45 a.m. A woman, born in Šilutė, Jaunimo al., . 1999, found an advertisement on an internet portal about a farmhouse for sale. She paid the seller an advance payment. The person who received the money did not respond to the messages, did not return the money and blocked her on social networks"," the police summary reads. 

Pre-trial investigation has been opened under Article 182(1) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
