In the Alytus district, officers rescuing a drunken woman get stuck and trapped in a service vehicle.
Officials found the woman in the undergrowth, struggling to find her way around, huddled in the mud. After medical examination, the girl was found to be drunk and not in danger of her life.
The search for the girl took place as the wet weather continued, and while trying to return from a call, the police car slipped down the slope and became stuck. Firefighters arrived and tried to help the officers, but their vehicle also got stuck and the medics were unable to leave.
