"Mantinga acquires F&L Sales B.V. in the Netherlands

Bread, snacks and frozen products manufacturer „Mantinga“ has acquired „F&L Sales B.V.”, a company operating in the Netherlands, which will become the company's new division, „Mantinga Netherlands“. 

„The Netherlands – is the perfect springboard to Western Europe. Strategically, we see this country as a gateway to the Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg) and other major Western European markets. Logistically, it is a very favourable location – the Port of Amsterdam is one of the main European business points. We believe that by operating locally rather than through intermediaries, we will be able to grow faster, serve our customers more efficiently and take another step towards our goal of becoming one of the leading frozen bakery products manufacturers in Europe," says Mantas Agentas, Managing Director of „Mantinga Group“. 

This is the company's second significant step. In May this year, a branch in Poland was established. Unlike in the neighbouring country, where the branch was created from scratch, this time „Mantinga“ has acquired a company that has been operating on the local market for many years. 

„F&L Sales B.V.“ had previously operated as an independent distributor, selling frozen bakery products from several manufacturers. The cooperation between the Dutch and „Mantinga“ has lasted for more than a decade.
