SILOKING presents the world premiere of a self-propelled 45 m³, 510 hp feed mixer-dispenser at Agritechnica 2025
SILOKING announces a true revolution in feeding technology: the new SILOKING SelfLine 4.0 System 2000+ was presented at the "Agritechnica 2025" in Hannover. With an impressive mixing capacity of 45 m³ and 510 hp, it is the most powerful self-propelled feed mixer-dispenser ever developed. It is a milestone in the history of large dairy farms around the world.
The latest SILOKING feed mixer-dispenser, the SelfLine System 2000+, is designed for farms with 2000 cows and upwards or large complexes. Up to 320 cows can be fed in one mixing operation & a big advantage for farms where efficiency and time management are important. The powerful 510 hp engine and robust four-axle chassis frame ensure maximum stability, manoeuvrability and traction of the SelfLine 2000+, even in the most demanding conditions. All four axles are steerable and three of them are driven, making the machine manoeuvrable both in the barn and on the farm. Another innovation – the divider has a service life of up to 20,000 working hours – guaranteed durability, reliability and cost-effectiveness.
The manufacturer announces that the new SelfLine 4.0 System 2000+ sets new standards with the introduction of cutting-edge technology that no self-propelled feed mixer-dispenser has ever had. Accuracy starts with the dry matter content: the SILOKING DryScan®
The quality of feed is essential for the health and productivity of livestock, but the dry matter content of feed often fluctuates due to weather or storage conditions. This makes it difficult to maintain a uniform ration composition and can lead to undesirable consequences. SILOKING offers an innovative and integrated software solution SILOKING DryScan®, installed on all SelfLine models. The system measures the dry matter content of the feed components during loading in real time. This allows for automatic adjustment of the fresh matter content to ensure the correct ration every day.
SILOKING Feeding Management – a new approach to intelligent feeding
The new SILOKING Feeding Management programme has been developed based on feedback from SILOKING customers. It is a practical solution that significantly simplifies and digitises farmers' daily feeding tasks. The new platform makes it easy and smart to manage feed rations – directly from the barn or office. A modern recipe input function and a smart display show the analysed data and help to make decisions on ration improvement. This software is the foundation of the SILOKING DryScan® operation, which is essential for feeding accuracy and efficiency.
