CASE IH Puma tractor receives international design award

The new generation of CASE IH Puma tractors has won the prestigious „Red Dot Product Design Award“, an international award given to machinery that stands out not only for its aesthetics, but also for its functionality and innovative solutions. This award is particularly relevant for the Lithuanian market, where farmers expect machinery to be of real use in their daily work, reliable and durable in demanding working conditions. The updated „Puma“ series was presented at „Agritechnica 2025“ and its development has been focused on the operator's working environment. The tractor cab has been made more comfortable and adapted to long working hours, with improved access, increased storage space, an updated interior and more modern control screens. These solutions are particularly important during the busiest periods of the season, when the machinery is running continuously.

Mobility, safety and efficiency

The design changes are clearly visible on the outside. A new bonnet shape and improved lighting system provide better visibility when working with front implements, while LED rear wing lights increase safety both in the field and on public roads. This is particularly relevant for Lithuanian farms where tractors often move between different fields and farm areas.

The practical benefits of the design are apparent in everyday use. The smaller turning circle makes manoeuvring in headlands easier, while integrated technologies help work more precisely and smoothly. The „Pro 1200“ display, ISOBUS compatibility, readiness for „Tractor Implement Management“ and connectivity to CASE IH FieldOps™ allow for more efficient implement management, work data collection and optimisation of on-farm processes.
