Officials of the Šiauliai County Chief Police Commissariat are investigating the circumstances of the accident in Radviliskis district.

„On 18 May at 16.30 hrs. In the village of Beinorava, a tractor hitch driven by a drunken (1.87 prom.) man born in 1980 fell on the foot of a drunken (3.32 prom.) man born in 1991 who was standing next to him, pinned it and injured him," the officials reported.

The victim is being treated in hospital.

After clarifying the circumstances, officials have opened a pre-trial investigation.
