In the UK, the LAMMA agricultural machinery show traditionally kicks off the new year. At the show, „Fendt“ received its first gold medal of the year for the „Fendt 600 Vario“, which was nominated for „Machine of the Year“.

According to the competition jury, the „Fendt“ 600 Series is redefining the mid-range tractor market by combining advanced technology, operator comfort and efficiency. The four models on offer (164-224 hp) incorporate innovations from the larger „Fendt“ tractors and are tailored to the needs of farmers in the UK and Ireland, where 62% of „Fendt“ tractors in the range of 130-220 hp accounted for 62% of „Fendt“ sales in 2023.

The tractor was also praised for its „FendtONE“ cab, which combines comfort with an intuitive „iPad“ style interface that unifies the control of the entire „Fendt“ tractor line. Innovations such as „VarioGrip“ tyre pressure management increase productivity, save diesel and increase tractive effort, while the compact yet powerful Fendt 600 Series tractors offer versatile adaptability, making them ideal for farms of all sizes.

A wide range of machinery was on show at this year's LAMMA, from forage preparation equipment with the new Fendt Former C centre rake to the Fendt Rotana 160 V Combi baler and harvesting equipment.
