The HTS 24C.16 Profi grain handling trailer ensures uninterrupted harvesting

ANNABURGER perkrovimo priekaba HTS 24C.16 Profi.

With the start of the harvest, ANNABURGER grain handling trailers can be a real lifesaver for farms. The right choice of trailer capacity and loading capacity can ensure that harvesters can work without interruption in the field. For this reason alone, it is important to consider both the capacity of the combine itself and the capacity of the trailer.

Annburger reloading trailer HTS 24C.16 Profi, like other similar trailers from this manufacturer, is designed for the transport and handling of cereals, maize, seeds and granular fertilisers, as well as pulses and oilseeds.

Interestingly, these trailers can be equipped with an additional hydraulic motor for reloading pellets and fertiliser and have a loading capacity of 100 kg to 500 kg. The hydraulically foldable grain auger is driven by a cardan shaft (at 1000 rpm). It is directly coupled to the trough auger to ensure an even supply of material. The auger has a diameter of 550 mm and a capacity of 15 m³/min.

The material flow rate can be varied by adjusting the valves in the hopper above the auger to suit the vehicle load. The material flows from the trough auger into the transfer auger.

Hydraulic drive and metering are provided for handling small quantities of seed or pellets. Together with the hydraulically rotatable auger travel, they ensure that the material is delivered as much as needed. The whole mechanism is large and robust, designed for use in all working conditions.
