Kiosk story ends in bitterness - farmer sells farm

When the citizens of Biržai were curious about the story of the strawberry farm kiosk of farmer Andrius Ragaišis, which was ordered by the municipal administration to be removed immediately, the farmer himself commented on the situation. "I'll sell the farm and run abroad," he said without missing a beat.

According to the farmer, according to letters sent by the municipal administration, his kiosk, located in Biržai, on Vytauto Street, near the „Ikiukas“, was supposed to have been pulled last week. However, he was still hopeful that this might not be necessary.

A. Ragaišis turned to the district politicians, hoping that they might be able to persuade the municipality to allow the kiosk to stand. "Unfortunately, the position of the municipal administration was categorical," said the farmer.
