Bear sightings in Levaniškis village (VIDEO)

Mothers in Lithuania are feeling more and more free. This year they have already been spotted several times in various parts of the country, even near Garliava.

While brown bears are no longer surprisingly seen collecting honey from hives, this is the first time a bear has been recorded in a rural area.

Levaniškis community (Anykščiai district) shared a video on its "Facebook" account showing a bear running from Liepų Street, crossing the highway and running into the park.

The incident was captured at 21:20.

"The bear is timid, but I think it's uncomfortable to meet", – notes account administrator Nerija Kairienė.
