Cargo plane crashes in Vilnius
On Monday morning in Vilnius, near the airport, a German DHL plane crashed on a residential house, killing its pilot, according to initial reports.
Ramūnas Matonis, a spokesman for the Police Department, said.
„Yes, we have one confirmed death. Two crew members have been pulled out with signs of life, we are looking for one more,– said the head of the PRT Renatas Požėla.
„Boeing 757”, the flight was operated by „SWIFT Air“.
12 people were evacuated from the house, the number of people registered there. The house is a two-storey, four-apartment building occupied by three families.
„It was lucky that the plane did not hit the house, but the courtyard“, – said Renatas Požėla.

The biggest question now is the crew of the plane – we have pulled out several with signs of life, according to our data, there were four people on board“, – said Renatas Požėla, the head of the PRT, to Elta.
