Ramūnas Miliauskas has returned to lead ‘Achema’

Ramūnas Miliauskas, the former head of “Achema Group” , has returned to lead the company – he became the new chief executive on 1 July.

The decision was taken on 23 June by the “Achema” board, according to the minutes of its meeting submitted to the Centre of Registers.

R. Miliauskas replaced Audronė Kuskytė, who had led “Achema” for just over two years – following her departure on 20 May, the company was temporarily headed by the finance director, Evaldas Venckus. 

As reported by BNS, on 19 June, R. Miliauskas stepped down from his roles as head of “VMG Akmenės baldai” and “VMG Wood Solutions” .

He first headed „Achema“ from November 2013 to March 2024.
