Rimi chain for sale
Swedish retail group „ICA Gruppen“ is selling its Baltic retail chain „Rimi“ to Denmark's largest retailer „Salling Group“.
The Swedish company said on Wednesday that the value of „Rimi“'s retail business in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia is estimated at around EUR 1.3 billion. The exact value of the sandor is undisclosed.
The transaction was first reported in Lithuania by the portal „Verslo žinios“.
