"Vilvi Group to pay a dividend of EUR 6.45 million

One of the largest dairy groups in Lithuania „Vilvi Group“ will pay a total dividend of EUR 6.45 million or EUR 0.54 per share for 2024, the company announced.

The group said that last year it generated a net profit of EUR 5.7 million, up 75.1% year-on-year, EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation) grew to EUR 33.6 million (up 60%), and consolidated revenues reached EUR 245.4 million, up 16.6% year-on-year.

According to Gintaras Bertašius, CEO of „Vilvi Group“, 2024 was a year of steady growth and consistent productivity improvement for the company.

„2024 was a historic year, with financial results exceeding expectations, creating even more motivation for future strategies and plans," Bertašius said in a statement.

According to him, the financial results were helped by the fact that 87% of „Vilvi Group“ production is exported to foreign markets. 

The company says it strengthened its position last year in Italy, Germany, Saudi Arabia, India, Vietnam, Thailand and other markets

In total, „Vilvi Group“ products will reach more than 60 countries by 2024.
