"Žemaitijos Pienas' profit down this year

One of the largest Lithuanian milk processing groups „Žemaitijos pieno“ earned a pre-tax profit of EUR 10.8 million in the first half of this year, down 13.6% year-on-year (EUR 12.5 million).

It posted consolidated sales of €163.7 million, up 10.9%, according to the group's six-month report.

The Group owns the parent company „Žemaitijos pienas“ and „Šilutės rambynas“.
