"Malsenos Plus' profit for the year up 30% to EUR 2.3 million

Malsena Plius, one of the largest producers of mills and flour products in Lithuania, earned a net profit of EUR 2.28 million in the last financial year, a 30% increase compared to the previous year's figure of EUR 1.75 million. 

From the beginning of July 2024 to the end of June 2025, the company's turnover amounted to €42 million, slightly lower than the previous year (€42.3 million), according to its report filed with the Centre of Registers.

For the financial years 2024-2025, „Malsena Plius“ paid out a dividend of €2.962 million, while for the financial years 2023-2024, the company did not pay a dividend at all.

The company is targeting a 16% increase in turnover this year to €44 million and earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortisation (EBITDA) of at least €4.5 million.

In addition, „Malsena Plus“ plans to expand its sales in Scandinavia, Central Europe and the Far East. The company is already exporting flour to Singapore, South Korea and the Caribbean islands and expects stable orders and long-term cooperation with partners in these countries.

„There is stability in the local market“, – says the company. 

64.6% of „Malsena Plus“ shares are held by Luxembourg company „Amber Trust II SCA“, 27.7% – by „RGK Invest“ and 7.49% – by „MNGM Investicija“ company. 

The ultimate beneficiaries of the company are Raimondas Kriūnas and Martynas Česnavičius, and three foreign nationals from Finland, Luxembourg and the USA.
