Unilever Lietuva ice cream production in Mažeikiai goes to another Dutch company
Mažeikiai company „Unilever Lietuva ice cream production“ has changed its shareholder to become a part of „The Magnum Ice Cream Company“, writes "Verslo žinios“" on Friday.
„The Magnum Ice Cream Company“ is to start operating as an independent company within the „Unilever“ group, with shares to be traded on the Amsterdam stock exchange in the fourth quarter.
Until now, the shares of Mažeikiai Ice Cream Company have been held by „Unilever“ owned Dutch company „Marga“.
