AGRIFAC updates three models of self-propelled sprayers

Agrifac pristatė naujus savaeigių purkštuvus: atnaujintą jau trečios kartos Condor Endurance 80 ir du naujus modelius Vanguard 67 ir Vanguard 55.

Agrifac is proud to introduce three new self-propelled sprayer innovations: the updated third generation Condor Endurance 80 and the two new models Vanguard 67 and Vanguard 55. With these innovations, Agrifac increases operator comfort, accuracy and efficiency. The innovations will be presented live at the Agritechnica 2025 international exhibition in Germany.

The new sprayers were first unveiled to Europe last week at the Agrifac plant in the Netherlands, with further demonstrations to follow in Australia, the United States and Canada.

The new sprayer models Endurance 80, Vanguard 67 and Vanguard 55 feature the new „X11 cab and the third-generation EcoTronic spray control system EcoTronic Plus 3, a new sprayer control armrest with physical switches. The focus has been on improving operator comfort, ergonomics and the finesse of the sprayer control.

All new models are equipped with the new EcoTronicPlus 3 control system, and together with the new generation of self-propelled sprayers, Agrifac is introducing other innovative spraying technologies, including the StrictSprayPlus PWFM system and the AICPlus spot spraying system with cameras, which provide smarter and more sustainable crop protection.

The new sprayers are designed to allow for higher wheels and reduced ground pressure. A strong emphasis has been placed on the PWM pulse spraying system (100 Hz), which has become the benchmark for future spraying prospects.

The new Agrifac camera system was also introduced, which is already proven, recognises weeds and is increasingly being applied in different crops. It is now even more accurate and efficient, as the cameras are placed one metre apart on the beams. Agrifac has been able to put the best spraying systems such as HTA (air nozzle) and PWM (pulsed electric nozzle) together on a single line.

Endurance 80 sets the standard for maximum spraying performance on the market. 8,000 litre tank, powerful 8.9 litre Cummins engine with 405 hp, spray boom lengths of 24 to 55 metres, tyre heights of up to 2.3 metres, ground clearance of 154 cm, all this ensures unrivalled performance, even in the toughest field conditions.

Vanguard 67 – the ideal balance between performance and manoeuvrability. With a 6,700 litre tank, 288 or 326 hp, 24-54 m boom width and 3.6 m wheelbase, the combination of power and manoeuvrability is ideal for today's spraying practices.

Compact and versatile Vanguard 55: 5500 litre tank with spacious platform for a wide range of operations. Engine power 213 or 288hp. Like the Vanguard 67, it can be equipped with 2.2 m tyres. The sprayer boom width ranges from 24 to 55 m, in a 3-4 part folding configuration depending on the model. Each machine can be equipped with the unique Agrifac AirFlowPlus system for excellent crop coverage and reduced drift.

The new Endurance 80, Vanguard 67 and Vanguard 55 self-propelled sprayers will be premiered at the Agritechnica 2025 international trade fair, where they will be seen by farmers from around the world. Visitors from Lithuania are invited to visit the Agrifac stand at the show. After the show in Hanover, the sprayers will be available to order.
