Firefighters in Kėdainiai district pull a bull that fell into a slurry pit

In Kėdainiai district, firefighters tackled a bull that had fallen into a slurry pit on Monday morning, the Fire Protection and Rescue Department (PAGD) reported.

According to the data of the Fire and Rescue Service, at 9:21 a.m. it was reported that a bull had fallen into a slurry pit in an outbuilding in the village of Kalnaberžės, in the municipality of Surviliškis, in the street Beržų.

At the arrival of the PGP, a bull, about 700-800 kg, had fallen into a 1.5 m deep slurry pit. With the help of a resident's loader „Manitou“ and support tools, the bull was pulled out of the slurry pit.
