"Rokiškio sūris acquires 30% of the shares of Agrokoncerno Group for EUR 10 million

One of the largest dairy processing companies in Lithuania, „Rokiškio sūris“, announced on Friday that it has acquired a 30 per cent stake in „Ateities ūkis“, a company owned by Ramūnas Karbauskis, an agricultural and wholesale group „Agrokoncernas“, for EUR 10 million.

According to the management of „Rokiškio sūris“, the transaction, which is financially secure, will ensure an increase in the production of quality raw milk in Lithuania and will not have a significant impact on the company's results of operations and financial position.

One of the main activities of „Ateities ūkis“ is the production of raw milk.

The company „Rokiškio sūris“, according to the audited data, last year earned a net profit of 21.302 million euros – 7.2 times more than the year before (2.968 million euros), its revenue amounted to 334.2 million euros – 26.6% more (264.07 million euros). 

„Rokiškio sūris“ group's consolidated net profit last year was EUR 22.84 million – up 40.6% year-on-year in 2023 (EUR 16.24 million), with a consolidated revenue of – EUR 370.35 million or 21.7% more (EUR 304.25 million).  

„Rokiškio sūris“ shares are listed on the Official List of the Stock Exchange.
