In the near future, young farmers will have a new association, which Eimantas Eigirdas, a well-known young farmer in Tauragė district, has decided to join. Last January, Eigirdas' yard was also raided by the police in a scandalous attempt to silence the voice of the farmers in the Šilutė district.
On Wednesday, Eimantas posted a message on his „Facebook“ account inviting young farmers to join the Lithuanian Young Farmers Association. It is time for a serious change. Young farmers find it difficult to combine education with farming, let alone military service. What are the possible solutions and changes, and we talked to „E. Eigirdas on „Agrobitė pay“ channel.
