Vičiūnai ir ko, which made a profit of almost EUR 4 million, will not pay dividends again this year
The fish and other food products trading company „Vičiūnai ir ko“, partly controlled by Kaunas Mayor Visvaldas Matijošaitis, one of the largest Lithuanian food production groups „Vičiūnai Grupė“, which earned a net profit of 4.93 million euros last year, will not pay any dividend this year, according to the company's report for the year 2024.

Pernai „Vičiūnų ir ko“'s net profit grew by 24.9% to EUR 4.93 million, while revenue remained stable at EUR 425.2 million.
„The strong performance was driven by the company's responsiveness to the market situation: continued business development strategy, active marketing campaigns, (...) expansion of the product range and the strengthening of the company's own „Vichy“ brand, the company said in the report.
This year, the company plans to increase sales and expand its product range in Western Europe and Ukraine, as well as in North America, the Middle East and East Asia.
The company says that this year it will focus on the sale of quick-cooking, healthy and natural products, and it plans to expand the range of its brands „Vici Vegan“, „Food Luck“, „Vici Classic“, „Gyoza“.
100% of „Vičiūnai ir ko“ shares are owned by „Vičiūnų grupe“, which is equally owned by V. Matijošaitis and Liudas Skierus.
