One of the world's leading soft drinks makers – US „PepsiCo“ has reported strong results for the final quarter of 2025, as higher prices and improved productivity offset weakening demand for beverages and snacks.

Sales revenue rose 5.6 percent to $29.34 billion in the roughly three-month period ended Dec. 27 compared with the same period a year earlier, while net profit rose 67 percent to $2.54 billion, according to a company statement.

Both figures exceeded the forecasts of Wall Street analysts interviewed by „FactSet“.

„PepsiCo“ North America's beverages division saw revenue growth of 4 percent, while food – grew 1.5 percent.

International beverage franchise revenue grew 3.5 percent.

Product prices globally „PepsiCo“ increased prices by an average of 4.5 percent. However, experts say cuts may be inevitable as the company recognises that years of price increases and changing consumer habits have reduced demand for its products.
