"Achema Group's revenue grew by 11% last year.
Lithuania's largest business group, Achema Group, generated consolidated revenues of EUR 1.1 billion last year, up 11% from EUR 989 million in 2024, the company said on Friday.
Achema Group“ earned a consolidated net profit of EUR 8.14 million – 33% more than in 2024 (EUR 6.13 million).
The group does not disclose how much it paid out in dividends this year. BNS, citing sources, previously reported that the amount would be EUR 15 million.
The group's accounts show that it paid out €1.049 million last year (for 2024), €513,000 the year before (for 2023), €24.36 million in 2023 (for 2022) and €75.76 million in 2022 (for 2021).
The Group's sales revenue last year amounted to EUR 959.7 million – 0.4% more than the previous year (EUR 956.1 million), according to the 2025 report of „Achema Group“ submitted to the Centre of Registers.
The results were mainly driven by the performance of fertiliser production, agribusiness and handling companies, the company said.
„Due to intensive and cheap fertiliser imports from third countries that do not face CO2 taxation, Jonava „Achema“, the largest producer of nitrogen fertilisers and other chemical products in the Baltic States, had suspended production of its main product – ammonia – for several months in May 2025. The decline in fertiliser production also led to a drop in the handling volumes of „Klaipėdos jūrų krovinių kompanija („Klasco“), – according to the report.
According to the company, although the fertiliser market was chaotic last year, „Agrochema“ group's fertiliser sales increased by 15%, which was due to diversification of products sold and other timely strategic decisions.
41.59% of „Achema Group“ shares are held by Lyda Lubienė, 12.47% by Viktorija Lubytė, and the rest by 13 natural persons.
„Achema Group“ unites about 40 companies operating in the Baltic States, Poland, Germany, France, Belgium, Sweden, the Czech Republic and Croatia in the fields of fertilizer production, agribusiness, handling and logistics, energy, gas production and trading.
